Prohibited content & conduct
Do not use our products to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to publish illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive or infringing material. Obtain valid consent and opt-in before messaging or calling contacts, and honour opt-outs.
Messaging & calling rules
Respect anti-spam laws, do-not-call and do-not-disturb registries, quiet hours, and each platform's rate limits, template and automation rules. Misuse can lead to your numbers or accounts being restricted by those providers.
Security & integrity
Do not attempt to breach, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or interfere with the products, our infrastructure or other users, or circumvent usage limits and security controls.
Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, remove offending content, and report unlawful activity to authorities where required.
