Terms of Service

Scale Us is operated by Scale Us Technologies. We provide (a) a suite of AI products offered on a subscription basis, and (b) custom software development and IT services delivered under a separate proposal, quote or statement of work.

By accessing or using any product or service you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced here. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Our AI products are provided on monthly or annual plans, priced in US Dollars (USD). Plans renew automatically for the period you select until cancelled. Fees, trial length, usage limits and any per-message or per-credit charges are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.

Custom development is scoped in a written proposal or statement of work that sets out the deliverables, timeline, milestones and price. On full payment, you own the intellectual property in the bespoke deliverables we create for you; we retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences.

When you connect a third-party account (for example WhatsApp Business, a social network, a payment gateway or a calendar) you authorise us to act on your behalf via their APIs, subject to that provider's terms. You remain responsible for your use of those platforms and for the content you send or publish.

Your use of the products and services is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the content you create, send, publish or process through our products.

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the products, deliver the services, and act on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Invoices for services are due per the schedule in your proposal. We may pause work or suspend access for overdue amounts. Subscription charges that fail may lead to downgrade or suspension after a grace period.

You may cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the current period. Either party may end a services engagement as set out in the relevant proposal. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. On termination you can export your data for a limited period.

Except as expressly stated, the products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless your written agreement with us states otherwise. We serve customers globally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
