White-label development partners

Choosing a white-label development partner

Your clients are asking for AI, automation and apps. If you do not have the engineers, here is how the ways of getting them compare.

Most agencies hit the same wall. A client asks for an AI voice agent, a WhatsApp integration or a mobile app, and there is nobody in the building who can build it. Saying no costs the account. Saying yes without engineers costs more.

Four options. A specialist white-label partner works under your brand at a fixed price per deployment, so you can quote confidently and mark it up. A large offshore vendor has depth but slower onboarding and often a minimum commitment. A freelancer network is cheap and flexible, but you carry the risk of quality and availability yourself. Hiring in-house is the right long-term answer once the demand is steady, and the wrong one when it is lumpy.

The two questions worth asking any partner: will my client ever know you exist, and how fast can you start? Agencies come to us because a client asked for something this week. We onboard in under a day, produce a first draft in two to three days, work under NDA with no branding of ours anywhere the client can see, and never contact your client directly.

Frequently asked.

Will our client ever know you exist?

No. We work under NDA, deliver under your brand, put no Scale Us name in the product, the repository or the documentation, and never contact your client. That is the entire point of the arrangement.

What does white-label development cost an agency?

Fixed price per deployment — typically $2,500 to $4,000 for a single-scope build such as one voice agent or one WhatsApp integration, $10,000 to $25,000 for multi-location or heavily integrated work, and $900 to $1,500 a month if we keep it running. You mark that up as you see fit.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Many agencies use us for a single project and come back when the next client asks. We would rather earn the second project than contract for it.

How fast can you start on a client project?

Under a day to onboard and a first working draft in two to three days. Speed is the reason most agencies choose a white-label partner over hiring, so we treat it as the product.

What if our client wants to meet the developers?

We join calls under your brand as part of your team if you want that, or stay entirely invisible. Your call, agreed before we start.

When should we hire in-house instead?

When the demand is steady enough to keep an engineer busy every month. White-label makes most sense when demand is lumpy, when a capability is new to you, or when you need to say yes to something this week.
